1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rocket City Voice AI ("we," "our," or "us"), a service of Rocket City Automations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Rocket City Voice AI provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services, including but not limited to:

  • Automated call answering and handling
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar integration
  • Lead capture and qualification
  • Call summaries and notifications
  • Call forwarding and transfer capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for illegal telemarketing or robocalling

5. AI Disclosure

You acknowledge that our service uses artificial intelligence to handle calls. Callers interacting with your AI receptionist will be informed they are speaking with an AI assistant. You agree not to attempt to disguise the AI nature of the service in a deceptive manner.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. No Long-Term Contracts

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Rocket City Voice AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business information and data provided to us.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to use our services in connection with calls involving your customers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket City Voice AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket City Voice AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Madison County, Alabama.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
